2. Purchase Conditions
All orders are subject to stock availability and technical verification. For bulk fleet orders, pricing may vary based on volume. We reserve the right to cancel orders originating from unauthorized resellers or where pricing errors have occurred due to system malfunctions.
3. Shipping & Delivery
PrimeAxle Hub utilizes expedited logistics to minimize vehicle downtime. Standard delivery times range from 3-5 business days depending on weight and axle dimensions. Please note that heavy-duty components may require specialized offloading equipment at the delivery site.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt provided the parts are in original OE packaging and have not been installed. Due to safety regulations, certain electrical components and lighting systems cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Restocking fees may apply to oversized freight items.
5. Warranties & Liability
All accessories are backed by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects. PrimeAxle Hub is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of parts in non-standard road conditions. Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
